- 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
- 2/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk; I actually use Almond Breeze, it decreases the recipe by 20 calories
- 2 tablespoons fat-free egg product
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed and drained)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Directions:
- In small bowl, stir all ingredients except blueberries until blended.
- Gently stir in blueberries.
- Pour batter by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.
- Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn; cook other sides until golden.
